(no subject) [May. 4th, 2007|11:32 am]

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know where abouts in Sydney/CBD I would be able to find myself one of those black hats with the white ribbon or white hats with the black ribbon..you know the gangsta type ones or a pinstripped hat... not those strange shaped slightly too tall ones, just a squat(not particularly short, just not oddly tall) regular one?

Also, does anyone know where i might find a black thin tie? NOT the regular fat silk ones that my dad might wear to work...

Thanks for the help,

Makeup [Mar. 13th, 2007|06:46 pm]

[mood |hopefulhopeful]

This question may have been asked before and if so I apologise but I need to find out some info.
I am allergic to quite a few things one of them being makeup. I have tried neutremetics, neutremetics sensitive skin brand, avon, maybelline, covergirl and a few other sorts I cant think of right now. I usually dont wear makeup just to save the hassel but I need to wear it for my friends wedding as I am in the wedding party and will be needing photographs taken of my ugly mug so need it made up. Does anyone know of a really sensitive skin brand of makeup or just a normal one that generally is ok for sensitive skin. I wouldnt mind paying a bit more for something that is not going to affect my skin too bad on the day or afterwards.
My allergic reactions to certain brands range from just itching to red rashes on my face and to then even my skin peeling off in a not so nice way afterwards.
I am able to use dove moisturising cream on occasions and aslong as I dont use it too much on a regular basis I dont break out from it.
Any help you can give me is very much appreciated even if its just a place to look up on the web or a name of a store or someone who can direct me in the right way.
Cheers in advance ladies.

Question. [Jan. 24th, 2007|05:29 pm]

[mood |confusedconfused]

I had my first papsmear yesterday and it went ok. Didn't hurt just felt odd having someone down there looking and proding at me........but anyways I am now discovering I am passing a bit of blood. It is over 24 hours since I have had it done and I did hear that sometimes it can make a woman bleed a little from the smear but would it be that cause its been awhile or is it possible that the papsmear and the stress I have been under for the past 3-4 days has brought my period (which isn't due for another week possibly 2)on early?

Should I be concerned?? So far its just a few small amounts of blood but it just concerned me........I was hoping it is my period coming on early so then I can go get the 3mnth needle thing done which is what my doctor recommended I take.

Any ideas or suggestions or advice is welcome. I don't have the girlfriends around at the current time to help me out with it.

Age old question [Jan. 13th, 2007|10:56 am]

[music |"Ashes to Ashes" Faith No More]

I know it's probably been asked a million times but what would peope recommend for birth control.

Situation is my new partner can not use condoms due to a major allergic reaction he gets from them and the last time I took the pill many years ago it used to make me nauseas and effected my skin in a really bad way but I was on a pill named yasmin or something like that.

I've heard about the implant and the 3 monthly needles but was wondering what peoples personal experiences were with them. I understand everyones body is different but I just wanted a rough idea of the side effects etc the pain of the needle(petrified of them LOL)etc.

I do have a doctors appointment this week with my partner so we can discuss anything with her then just wanted rough ideas of what to ask for.

Thanks for any help in advance.
