hey girls,

i hope that this is the right community to ask this. Please, can any of you suggest some good (not too expensive, but with a bit of class?) restaurants for a romantic dinner in sydney? things with me and the bf just havnt been right lately and this is the only thing i can think of to try and turn things around.

also, with the boyfriend thing, most of my friends were his friends first, so if any of you could spare a moment, i'd be really grateful if you could take a look at my journal and offer some advice. right now, i sorta need it.

thanks.

(sorry if this sort of post doesn't belong here)

EDIT: It's over.

You might like to check out www.eatability.com.au. They have listings of restaurants by category and each one is reviewed by members. :)

i agree with the above comment, eatability is helpful.
it also depends whereabouts you want to go, and what kind of food you enjoy.
for example, my boyfriend and i have always had a lovely night at sushi train in newtown which is byo so we like to take along a cheap bottle of red.. but of course raw fish is not to everyone's taste!

do you like spicy food? portugese, italian, indian? did you want to try something new or stick to something on the safe side?
let us know what area of sydney and some more specifics, and i'll see if i can think of anything :)
hope things start to work out for you folks...
